Five on Friday

Happy Friday Friends!

One. I shared Charlee's Birthday party this week. It was so much fun. You can read about it here.  


Two. Today is day five of eating healthy and I am so proud of myself. I am trying to do no gluten, no diary, and low carb. Since I have PCOS I feel so bad when I'm not eating healthy and working out. I am eating the same thing everyday which is works best for me. I make my meals on Sunday for the week that way all I have to do is grab, microwave, and eat. Here is what I am eatin. Brekafast: 2 boiled egg white and 2 pieces of turkey bacon. Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast, 3/4 c jasmine rice, and 1 c green beans. For dinner this week I had chicken sausage, roasted butternut squash, and steamed broccoli. If you have some great healthy ideas please share them.

Three. We are off of work Monday for the upcoming holiday which means Charlee has her two year old checkup. I can't wait to see where she is at with her growth.I will do a follow up post  with all her two year old info. 

Four. Potty Training is in full swing at our house. Char is doing great with it and I hope we continue on that path. She really loves panties and all the characters that she can wear on them. 

Five. I am on the lookout for this to put in our bathroom. Please let me know if you see it anywhere.
